dear sir
i had purchased 100 shares of bihar alloys steels ltd in 1992 and the companies name changed to umi steels ltd but the share is not listed so what can i do and what procedure i can do in this matter to get my money back

To get our money back, you need to transfer those shares to some other person who is seeking investment in that company. As the company is not listed now, you need to transfer them physically only. The price for transfer can be the book value or even, it may be any price as agreed between amongst you.
