How to calculate risk free rate (Rf) and return of market (Rm) in the calculation of valuation of shares as per discounted cash flow technique.

in the inflationery economy the Risk Free rate should be rate of inflation + bank rate
return of market can be found out from the past record of market..... safe to consider it between 20to 25%
