Dear Members,
Who all can endorse on the back of share certificate in case of Share Transfer. Can a Director of a transferor company can sign or the Director/MD/Authorized signatory of a company whose share are being transferred signs on its back.

The person authorised by Board of director of the company whose shares are transfer will sign the back of share certificate and the same person will also verify the share transfer form and initials the same.
Such person can be director/authorised person of the company.
The transferor or transferee can not sign such share certificate.
Such person can be director/authorised person of the company.
The transferor or transferee can not sign such share certificate.
