09 February 2013 Can anyone provide me the
format of notice given to company for his intention to transfer the shares???

format of intimation given by company to existing shareholders for availability of such shares??

format of intimation given by existing members of not interesting in the available shares??

09 February 2013 for documentation, only these 3 documents and transfer deed required... if any other document to be kept in record, pls let me know...

Perhaps you intend to ask for the format or form to sell the shares. Transfer comes next to Sale. Then in second post you mentioned these 3 documents. Which these please?

Anyhow,

Company cannot be approached to buy the shares nor a Company can approach any member or public to buy the shares held by other shareholders. The Company can issue fresh shares to public or selected persons.

However, on selling the shares at own efforts the share certificate along with share transfer form is submitted to Directors and nothing else.
