03 August 2010 A person is doing share trading business. He is not a broker nor he does any share broking business.

this person trades over phone or internet through his home.

Now the society is raising objection that the person is making commercial use of his property. Pls note. This person is not having any board on his flat. Further the person carrys business on his personal name no, firm etc.

How should the person deal with the society.

03 August 2010 First of all how the society came to know of the trading activities?

There is no way u can stop trading which is done over phone or internet at home and here none of the clients visit his home.

Even if a person is having place of business does he not take a call over the phone while he is at home and whether he does not reply to emails over the internet at home also.

So this is a very weird thing being raised by your society and sort it out with ur society itself.

But the soc office bearers are not listening anything...

They say the person is not having any job/ nor he is having any other person earning in his house....nor does this person have businesss premise i.e office so they take it for granted that the person is carrying business over home.....

What steps can be taken and how can it be solved by society itself....
