19 July 2012 Equity shares of private limited company sold below book value or not in f.y. 2012-13 and what is the tax treatment

22 July 2012 You can sell your shares held in a pvt ltd company at a price which is less than the book value of the company.
.
For the purchaser it may give birth to a tax incidence where the difference between the FMV and Sales Consideration is of Rs. 50000/ or more.
