09 November 2011 IF ANY SHARE CERTIFICATE IS LOST BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR BEFORE ISSUING TO THE SHAREHOLDER, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE REGARDING THIS MATTER FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR ?
IF THERE IS ANY PENALTY , PROVIDE THE SECTION ?

Here am presuming that there is no common seal fixed and no sign done on the lost share certificate.
