IF ANY SHARE CERTIFICATE IS LOST BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR BEFORE ISSUING TO THE SHAREHOLDER, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE REGARDING THIS MATTER FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR ?

Before issue by the board share certificate has no value so there is no problem.
Here am presuming that there is no common seal fixed and no sign done on the lost share certificate.
