19 September 2010 If a pvt ltd company has 2 directors A and B having share A-60000 B-30000 and 1 share holder(not Director) C-10000 then the following appearance in Balance sheet is right?

Paid up Capital

A-60000
B-30000
C-10000

Total 100000

19 September 2010 it is better to show total sahre capital as per schedule VI.

read schedule VI of companys' act

19 September 2010 No need to show the break up in balance sheet. The details viz.,name, number of shares held, position and nominal amount etc can be shown in the "Notes on Accounts" under the head "back ground of the company"if the company so wish and it is not mandatory.
