    sir pls help me my question is below My one party is opened a LC . we made the documents and discounted the same from our bank. after one week due to some prob. in goods, party rejected the documents to his bank. now in this condition my question is the party bank have any right to refuse the payment to our bank or not. pls clarify ! arvind

    Dear Sir, You have answered my query on partnership being converted into pvt ltd... and then any share transfer would attract capital gains... But the rule clearly only says that the aggregate of the partners should be >50%... but doesnt prevent any share transfer among them... Eg... if we both had share pattern in the ratio.. 30% and 40%... Will it be affected if we decide to change it 60% and 10%... Please comment...
