Is there requirement to disclose share application money received after balance sheet date as per AS-4 as this materially effect our buisness because its increase the faith of investor in our buisness more.

Hi
Any amount received after closing of year and before the adoption of balance sheet will not take part in balance sheet and it will be consider in current financial year balance sheet.
