Dear Sir/Madam,

I/We, the undersigned, hereby apply for allotment of [Number of Shares] Equity Shares of ₹[Face Value] each of [Company Name] Pvt. Ltd. at a premium of ₹[Premium if any] per share, aggregating to ₹[Total Amount] and agree to accept the same or any lesser number of shares as may be allotted to me/us.

I/We enclose herewith the sum of ₹[Amount Received] being application money at ₹[Amount per share] per share payable on application.
