05 October 2011 Dear Experts,

We have received the order from : ABC company for manufacturing of the items. In the order they have mentioned, we have to supply the items direct to their customer who is located in SEZ.

1. What are the documents required ?
2. who is prefare ARE1, I mean we will ABC will give ARE1, Or we should prefare ARE1.
3. If we send the items direct to SEZ Being a subcontractor for ABC company we will get back the refund of excise duty.
4. The supplies comes under DEEMED EXPORT ??

Please let us know briefly we are new to this sez supplies.
