Dear Experts
My company belong in HP at baddi area Its located in SEZ but we dont have the same certificate, My query is that my company distrubing the profit u/s 115O by way of dividend.If we got the SEZ Certificate so we will be liable for exemption under section 1150
now I have two queries.
Can we avail the SEZ certificate?????
Currently we are using the deducations U/S 80IC so if we get the certificate is there any affect on this section???
Please answeer the same on urgent bases.

Dear Atul ,
Note that Baddi is Special Industrial Area . It is not SEZ ( Special Economic Zone ) , So you will not get SEZ Benefit at Baddi. To Avail SEZ Benefits you have to be at Special Designated Area as SEZ.
