What are the responsibilities of a Chartered Accountant in his personal capacity and as a Statutory Auditory firm in matters of sexual harassment where the company has not taken appropriate action and not done required compliances of filings of the Annual Report disclosing the sexual harassment?

In Statutory Audit of Company : It is NOT the domain of audit.
In personal capacity : The choice is with every individual to decide as to how far get involved in such matters.
In the "specific assignments" signed up by a CA, this could be a point of verification. In such a case, the same should be duly reported else it will amount to non compliance of audit.
