we are an Indian IT co. looking to set up an office in Singapore, what all are the ways by which we can set up and office there?

The office can be set in various ways, by setting up a sub co in Singapore of by setting up a branch or rep office. Now it depends that what kind of set up is required by your firm, do you want to only marketing work, or plan to establish a development facility or some other facility. You should come up ( if you need) with more information on our personal email id for a better reply.
