hello everyone,
I want to set up my business so can anyone please suggest me in which form I should incorporate it ?
whether it should be in partnership or by forming company.?
what are the pro's and con's of both of them from tax as well as legal point of view..

That will depend upon the size with which you want to enter the market. Small---proprietorship, medium----partnership and large---Company

to start with you may avoid company. at worst, opt for LLP. Company structure is a very restrictive in terms of operations, cash extraction and taxation.
