WHAT IS THE CENTRAL EXCISE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR SETTING UP A 100% EOU IN INDIA?

ON OBTAINING THE LETETR OF PERMISSION FROM THE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER (CONCERNED AUTHORITY) A MANUFACTURER IS REQUIRED TO APPROACH THE COMMISSIONER OF A CENTRAL EXCISE FOR THE DECLARATION OF THE PLACE AS A WAREHOUSING STATION UNDER SECTION 9 OF CUSTOMS ACT.
THEREAFTER , THE MANUFACTURER IS REQUIRED TO OBTAINED THE BONDED WAREHOUSE LICENCE AS PER SECTION 58 OF THE CUSTOMS ACT AND WILL BE REQUIRE PERMISION TO MANUFACTURER THE GOODS UNDDER SECTION 65 OF THE CUSTOMS ACTFROM THE JURISDICTIONAL AC OR DEPUTY COMMISSIONER.
