Set off of marks when exemption in any subject

Suppose i got 67 marks in account in ca final and not passed in remaining paper so how many marks i have to score to pass both grp(remaining 7 papers) in next attempt.
Whether it will be
333 OR 350

total 333 marks (in 7 Subs.) will be enough to get cleared subject to getting minimum 40 in all 7 subject
