In ITR 12-13, Business income was rs. 10 lakhs in addition to this their was loss from BSE, Cash and delivery of rs. 20 lakhs and future and option loss of rs. 80 lakhs which are shown under the head short term capital loss.
Can this loss be set off from business income in the same financial year by the ITO while order u/s 143(3)?
