10 September 2016 bt my client received a notice from dept. for FY 2012-13, in regarding ST Registration. can you share any notification.

10 September 2016 Dept is wrongly interpreting the issue after the introduction of negative list. School Transport is covered under auxilliary education services and exempted during this period.
Contest the notice and say only exempted service provided during the period and no registration is required.
