i want to know the notifcation no for compostion work contract for servicetax & how to calculate servictax i am collecting 4.12 as servicetax whether i am right is their any change or modification please guide me

07 April 2012 NN 32 st dated 22.05.2007. Rate of tax increased from 4.12% to 4.944 wef 01.04.2012 vide notification number 10/2012 dated 17.03.2012. For detail understanding of which rate of service tax to be taken in which situation please read rule 4 of Point of Taxation rules, 2011 or read my article on DETERMINATION OF DATE OF WHICH RATE OF SERVICE TAX TO BE TAKEN
