Service to a foreign client

15 September 2012 I rendered a Service to a Foreign company .They Declared to pay us Commission On Dollars .But refuse to pay Service Tax On That Amount. And Refuse Deduct Tax On that amount .
Please Suggest me What could I do?

15 September 2012 You need to pay out of your REVENUE. Next time negotiate the contract for a better price which can inter alia take care of service tax or any other tax for that matter.
