Dear Sir
Bymistake we have deposited Service Tax Rs. 9517/- as TDS U/s 94J. What is the procedure for sorting this problem
hence you are requested to kindly advise on this matter.

Each tax are different authority. what ever paid as TDS u/s.194J need to adjust with further TDS deductions and pay service tax correctly now
