I have a doubt please clarify me

If we reached turnover more than 10 Lakh we have to register Service Tax. So Incase first year reach 10 lakh we have to pay service tax to government, second year not reach 10 lakh, In this case what to do?

11 May 2017 Second year you have to pay service tax on the full amount even turnover not exceed 10 lacs.

2016-17 financial year i got 16200 other allowances So income i have to submit ITR .
