15 October 2012 Whether service tax return for the period ending 30.9.2012 can be filed or not, because aces providing notification that no return can be filed until another notification is comeout, but casansar provide information that u can file their service tax return within prescribed period. Suggest me appropriate Disclosure.

15 October 2012 2 different returns have to be filed for the period apr to sep 2012.
For Apr to June 2012 separate return the due date for which has been extended to 25th November instead of 25th october.

And a separate return from July 2012 to Sep2012
