What documents will be needed to submit along with the Form ST-3 under Service tax.
Whether working of Service tax is to be submitted with the return copy. The original GR 7 needed to be submitted or photo copy is to be submitted.

ST-3 in triplicate and copy of GAR-7 need to be filed. One copy of ST-3 will be returned duly signed and sealed as acknowledgement.
