Hello Friends

plz tell me should i deposit hard copy of service tax retun to the department plz details provide

07 November 2011 As such, there is no provision to submit the hard copy of the return...if you have e-filed the same. However, if you want to, then they will not deny regarding the same. Still the decision is " in issue" that whether the hard copy to be submitted or not.
Hence, if you will not submit the hard copy, there will be no problem, however, being on safer side, to submit the same to the department will be suggestion.
