what will be the applicable rate of abatement as per the latest service tax amendments for construction of residential units if consideration doesn't cover value of land ?

Dear Govind,
If it does not include the value of Land the tax payable on 40% of Value in terms of Valuation Rules.
Here 26/2012 does not apply.
