Service tax registration and filing of return

i am engaged in exporting of services outside India which is not covered by negative list, whether i am liable to take service tax registration no. as my turnover is more than 9 lacs and submit service tax return even if export of service is exempt.

26 May 2015 Service tax registration is required only if the taxable turnover is more than 9 lacs.

26 May 2015 Sir i m exporting taxable service whether i m liable for registration and filing of s.tax returns my turnover is more than 9lacs as i know export of service is exempt

26 May 2015 If you are exporting taxable service then you are liable for registration and filing return.

26 May 2015 If you are exporting taxable services then you are liable for registration and filing return. opt for 100% EOU, so that you can get exemption from payment of service tax and you can claim the input on service tax paid.
