Dear Sir
I am working for Private company which is registered under service tax for services like Goods Tranport Agency, Erection and commissioning, Consulting engineer and for which we follow the necessary formatilities.
Our company receives rent for table space amount is Rs.3000/- per year. whether we require service Tax registration under Rent ??

It seems that you have given space on rent of immoveable property.
Therefore it is taxable under Renting of Immoveable Property.
