My co. applied for the service tax registration in 2008-09 F.Y. THe co. has lost registration certificate and the co. persons even don`t know the service tax registration no. ,since the person emloyed with the co. has left the Co.
My query is how to track the registration no. , whether is is possible on line or by visiting the department.

Your Service Tax Registration No. could be your PAN followed by ST001,SD001. Try that.
