01 December 2009 A Pvt. Ltd. company has 3 diffrerent activities namely, advertisement, entertainment(movies) and construction.

Do the company need to have different Service tax regn no.s for the activities like ST001, ST002, ST003.

If yes, what will be the patern of billing and filing of returns

01 December 2009 Only 1 registration number. In the return the infromation has to be provided for all three spepeartely.

01 December 2009 Agree with Madhukar...that One ST No. require under three Banner. you have to add S.T @ 10.3% in your biiling amount.
