Address it to the Concerned Officer and range of Service Tax
Subject: Letter of Authority
Re : Registration of _M/s.________________ Provisional No.............................
Sir,
I, on behalf of the Partners of the Firm M/s. do hereby authorise Mr. _______________ working with us as ------------------------------
to submit application for registration under Service Tax, to file necessary documents and to collect the Service Tax Registration Certificate and to do all the acts and deeds as may be necessary for completion of registration process. His signature is verified hereunder.
