01 October 2013 For changing the address on the ST registration certificate what is the process which needs to be followed ?

If it is a software training institute do we need to get it registered under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act ?

03 October 2013 You should file an amendment application for change of address.

You are also liable for registration under Shops and Commercial Establishment act.
