17 July 2013 what is procedure for registration of LLP.. and when i liable for registraion my current T/o was cross Rs. 9.60 lac and what is implication of tax calculation above 9 lac..

17 July 2013 Only registration requirement is for turnover Rs.9 lakh and exceeds. if the turnover exceed Rs,10 lakh then you can start charging service tax
