29 May 2013 What is the procedure for correcting the address in service tax registration

Login to aces website from above link.

Go to REG tab and click on amend registration. Make amendment in form ST 1. Take printout and sign and submit to concerned service division along with covering letter, photocopy of PAN of company and authorised signatory, copy of ST 2 and address change proof duly certified.

If due to change of address there is a change in division then make 3 sets. 1 set to be submitted to both old and new division and one set for records.
