24 June 2016 Which documents are required for service tax registration in case the assesses is One person Company(Private Company), and after submission of form ST-1 online within how many days the registration certificate is issued by the department, it would be great if any one can provide step by step procedure,Registered Office of the company is situated in state of Gujarat.

24 June 2016 Hello Sir,

Please find the below mentioned list of documents required for Service Tax Registration: -

1. Email ID and Mobile Number which are to be entered in ST Application
2. Copy of PAN Card of the entity for which ST number is sought
3. Address Proof of the entity for which ST number is sought
a. NOC if place is taken on rent from owner along with electricity bill
b. Electricity bill of the premises if place is owned
4. Details of Main Bank Account along with cancelled cheque of the same
5. Memorandum of Article and Association of Company
6. Authorization by Board for authorized signatory of the application
7. Incorporation Certificate
8. Mobile Number of each director
9. Photograph of authorized signatory
10. Copy of PAN Card of all the partners/directors
11. Copy of residential address proof (Electricity bill/Votar ID Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Index II) of all the director

After filing of ST 1 application ST Registration Certificate is issued within 2 Days.

24 June 2016 you have to file the file physically with the department, then they send you mail and massage for creating your id on the site. and then you can do the file return online. mostly mail recd within one week.
