Can service tax we pay be refunded in any manner.

The service tax we pay to service providers. Cenvat credit may please be claimed. The same can be utilized towards service tax liability on output service. If any case, such utilization is not possible, as your service being fell down in reverse charge, refund of such amount can be claimed.

My father in law has a Tata sky service centre, when invoice come from Tata sky it comes with service tax and we remit this service tax in our service tax no. Do this service tax can be claimed under CENVAT
