19 September 2013 please let us know that CFS stuffing charges are refundable under notification no.ST17/2009 can we apply for the same?

22 September 2013 The service tax paid is refundable. As per drawback rules you can also opt to clain 0.18% directly in the same way as you are claiming Draw-back on your export.
