Depends on which "description of taxable" the registration is taken meaning thereby you have to check the registration certificate (Form ST-2) to know it.
Then for example, if under "works contract
service" accounting codes are, service tax- 00440410, primary edu.cess - 00440298 and for secondary & HES - 00440426
