there is no new rate applicable till now.. it is 12.36 %
and new rate wil b 14.28 % once it get notified

there is new rate is not notified yet . it will approx. date 15.5.2015
new rate will be 14+2%= 16% service tax.

i cant predict 100 %.. but yes m 95 % sure abt this new rate
