13 April 2015 regarding clarification on Service Tax Rate 14.28% or 16% including Swach Bharat Cess @2%,

13 April 2015 there is no new rate applicable till now.. it is 12.36 %

and new rate wil b 14.28 % once it get notified

13 April 2015 there is new rate is not notified yet . it will approx. date 15.5.2015

new rate will be 14+2%= 16% service tax.
