Dear all, if renting of immovable property service provided to any business entity by govt, will there be reverse charge or normal? Please clarify.

Please refer Not. 30/2012 -ST, wherein on renting of immovable property service provided by Government to a business entity reverse charge is not applicable.

Agree with vishakha.... if the renting of immovable by Govt. to any business entity in that RCM is not applicable...
