Hi...
I am working in a organization where service tax paid after the due date but the return has been filed before due date.... Will it be disallowed if it is paid after due date ????

No, the payment will not b disallowed. Only interest on Service Tax will b disallowed at the time of filing IT return. Interest will b allowed at the time of filing ST return.
