If the same has been accepted by the bank, there should not be any issue so long you have mention correct accounting codes for the head of services.
In case you have not mentioned correct codes then please inform the Chief Accounts Officer of Service Tax Commissionerate at Churchgate about the error and correct position. This letter shall be sufficient to rectify the error.
Look at it from revenue point of view, you have paid the amount, it is only a technical infraction.
It is trite law that a substantive right is not to be denied on the ground of infraction of procedural provision
