Hello everyone,
one of our client is a building contractor. He issues single invoice for material and labour (without bifurcation)
At what rate service tax should be charged by the assessee under the composition scheme ?

i) If it is original work,rate is 4.944%.
ii) If it is repair works,rate is 8.65%.
N.B:- For details refer notification 24/2012.
