16 April 2014 I AM CARRYING TRANSPORT OF GOODS BY ROAD TO THE ARMY DEPARTMENT AND I DONOT ISSUE ANY CONSIGNMENT NOTE NOR A LORRY RECEIPT SO PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS CASE I AM LIABILE TO PAY SERVICE TAX
