i am individual, have a commercial property, given for rent Rs. 3,25,000/- PM to run hotel (not rooms renting) provide food and cool drinks. running on premisess only.
is applicable service tax?
even not applicable, is required registration for us?

Yes this service is subject to levy of Service Tax as "Renting of immovable Property Service" as it is a declared Service u/s 66E. Since this service is taxable and your turnover is above threshold limit of Rs. 10.00 Lac, you are required to get Service Tax Registration and pay tax.
