26 November 2015 Service tax not applicable if the total rent receipt from commercial property per year is less than 10 lacs and no other service provided.

26 November 2015 You can claim SSI Exemption upto a limit of Rs.10 Lakhs once you reach 9 Lakh rupees you need to register
