Service tax on selling recharge voucher in past year

Sir,
Prepaid Distributors get a trading income in(F.Y.2010-11) by purchasing Recharge vouchers from mobile companies and selling those vouchers to retailers. but the service tax department sent a demand notice for these transaction we are not getting any commission direct from company the transaction is done by selling recharge voucher
Please reply soon as its urgent!!

Since, already a notice has been issued a correct answer could be given if you can mail copy of notice at at sureshjain.nj@gmail.com and pay if you please Rs. 100 to 500 donation to the "KADAM" institute engaged in education to children of construction labours.
