Dear Sir/Madam,
Land Developer has entered into developement agreement under which he is selling plot after constructing Club house.
No other type of construction activity is performed by developer. Is there any Service Tax liability on such transaction?

sale of immovable property falls outside the definition of service as per section 65B(44) service tax.
